Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

As all wreaths are made on order confirmation, please allow up to three working days, before the wreaths are dispatched.

All wreaths and merchandise are checked and packaged in good condition before mailing. You will get a notification once shipped.  If the shipping carrier has mishandled and/or damaged your package at delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. I am not responsible for ANY postal delays, damaged shipping boxes, lost mail or stolen items from your porch. Please contact your local post office or carrier if needed.

I can ship outside the UK, just send me a message and I can give you a price for the shipping costs to your country.

For Canada etc and other places that charge duty fees, customer will be responsible for those fees.
