Refund policy
Cancellations:
I accept cancellations only up to two hours after the order has been placed
Returns and exchanges:
I do not accept returns for purchases after the item has shipped or has been locally picked up, as all items are custom made by me. All sales are FINAL.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be cancelled within the two hour period.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
